What we have built
A few examples of our crews’ work, in the workshop and on site. We work directly for industrial clients and as subcontractors to major principal contractors.
Substations and skids for heat networks
Workshop prefabrication of heat transfer assemblies: exchangers, manifolds, pump sets, piping and supports, assembled and tested before despatch. On site, positioning, tie-in to the existing network and commissioning support.

Thermal plant rooms and technical rooms
Complete assembly of plant on a frame: plate heat exchanger, pump sets, expansion vessel, piping and instrumentation. The unit leaves the workshop tested and ready to connect.
Piping networks on site
Routing, supports, welding and installation on site, including on roofs and in areas with difficult access. Workshop preparation wherever the routing allows, to cut time spent on site.

Large-diameter welding
Internal and external welding of large-diameter shells and casings, with qualified welders and our own welding procedures. Dimensional control and testing before delivery.
Welded assemblies and equipment
Fabrication of tanks, hoppers, separators and structures, to drawing or to survey, with flanges, nozzles and integrated supports. Finishing and dimensional control before despatch.

Stainless networks in food production areas
Fabrication and installation of stainless networks for food fluids and CIP cleaning circuits. TIG welding with internal gas purge, pickling and passivation of welds, material traceability with 3.1 certificates.
